General Rules and Conduct

All Rules and Guidelines are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of the game.

All fighters will be allowed two full weeks to train for changes made.

The NGF will consist of 20 ranked fighters

The NGF will use standard Circuit fighting guidelines with slight modification to fit the MMO game style

Winner's purse will be based on Rank and Earnings


Gladiator Rules

The NGF Champion will defend their title once a Month.
All fighters must fight required fights per Ranking Coordinator.
All fighters must be at the arena 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled event.
If an RL issue arises, the fight can be delayed within reason, or forfeit.
If a gladiator is absent for a match with no prior notice, they will be placed at rank 20.
If absent for another match in the near future, the gladiator will be removed.

Armor, Weapons, Shields, Magic, & Items

Armor may be made of any material.

Shields are included in the armor weight.

Shields may be made of any material.

When equipped, armor+shield weight may not exceed 5 kg (can be up to 5.99 kg un-equipped in inventory).

Armor+shield may not be replaced during an event (until fighter is removed from the bracket or obtains a winning seat).

Weapons must have their default names.

Weapons must be made of non-extracted materials (i.e. animal materials and wood).

Two one-handed weapons are allowed.

Bows are not allowed.

No use of magic is allowed.

There is a limit of 6 bandages; no healing potions are allowed (major or minor).

Any items determined by NGF officials to be "bugged" or "exploits" will not be allowed.

Cheating, Exploiting, Hacking and Interfering

Cheating/Exploiting will result in a fine for the first offense, followed by a ban for any additional issues.

Cheating/Exploiting will result in an automatic forfeit the of the fight, and the gladiator will be moved to rank 20.

Any guild or player interfering with a match will be banned from all NGF events.

The guild associated with the offender will also be banned.

The guild may pay a fine (amount to be determined) to be unbanned.

The second offense will result in a permanent ban.


Undercard Rules

All rules for gladiators apply to undercards, except those covering ranks.
Undercards will pay in with a one-time fee to attempt to qualify. If removed, another payment is required to re-enter.
If an undercard misses a match, they will receive a loss.
If a gladiator spot opens, it will be filled by the undercard with the best record. Ties will battle for the spot.
If an undercard loses two matches in a row, they will be removed but can re-enter when a spot opens.
When an undercard loses five matches, they will be removed but can re-enter when a spot opens.


NGF Membership Ranks

NGF Chairman
Facilitates and Governs the NGF. Conducts and Oversees all activities as needed to maintain the Federation.

NGF Guild Representatives
Representatives from each participating guild that will watch over the Chairmen to insure non-bias decisions and complete transparency

NGF Consultants
Players nominated by Chairmen to perform certain and specific functions to facilitate the enjoyment and continuation of NGF.

NGF Gladiator
The ranked fighters who will participate in the NGF fights.


NGF Chairmen and Membership Rules

NGF Chairmen will consist of 5 Non-Biased members.
Split decisions will be voted on and go to the majority.
A Change/Decision can be made with an agreement of 3+ Chairmen.

NGF Members will consist of a representative from any guild consisting of 5+ members that is willing to abide by the rules and requests of the NGF.
NGF Membership will have full rights to view any and all parts of the NGF.

Any NGF Chairman or Member that drags Alliance/Guild politics in to the NGF will receive a penalty up to and including permanent removal.

Any non-biased actions that affect the NGF may result in the removal of a Chairman or Member.

If a Chairman is removed/leaves, the remaining members will vote on a replacement.

If a Member leaves or is removed from the guild that nominated them, it is up to that guild to choose his replacement.
